PMS (Post Market Surveillance)
At SHPOPL, it is our strong perception that the product must be improved continuously with sustained market feedback. Though, Post Market surveillance (PMS) is mandatory & on a defined pattern such responses are collected monthly by us. We have made this platform available for customers to easily post their feedback through Internet. We shall acknowledge such response within 72 hrs & shall attempt to reply within 60 working days with Corrective & or Preventive action management. Those intending to give feedback are requested to download form provided & submit with relevant supporting to pitkar.pms@gmail.com for further action.
